Accepting These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on pb999, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Using pb999 after any update to these terms counts as acceptance of the revised version.

Who Can Play

To open a pb999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.
• Online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction where you are located at the time of play.
• You have not previously had a pb999 account closed for a rule violation.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that covers pb999.

pb999 reserves the right to ask for proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Your pb999 Account

One account per person

Each player may hold only one active account. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, or payment method, we may suspend all related accounts and confiscate any bonus funds held in them. Intentional multi-accounting to claim bonuses more than once is treated as fraud.

Accurate information

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a working phone number at registration. pb999 matches this data against your payment details during KYC. Using a false identity to register is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent closure.

Account security

Keep your password private. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact us at [email protected] immediately. pb999 is not responsible for losses caused by you sharing your login credentials.

Deposits and Payments

pb999 does not charge deposit fees. Any mobile-money service charge levied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is outside our control and cannot be reimbursed.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit. The following limits apply:

KYC documents accepted: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Review takes up to 24 hours. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

Bonus Rules and Wagering

Welcome bonus

New players can claim a 180% first-deposit bonus up to ৳10,000. The bonus and the matching deposit amount must both be wagered 16 times before any withdrawal is processed. The wagering period is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Other promotions

• Reload bonus: 16% on qualifying deposits, subject to the same 16× wagering requirement.
• Daily cashback: 0.8% of net losses credited automatically — no wagering requirement on cashback.
• Referral bonus: ৳275 credited when a friend you refer makes their first qualifying deposit.

General bonus conditions

• Only one active bonus at a time per account.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash without meeting wagering.
• pb999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if we detect abuse, including but not limited to betting on both sides of an outcome to fulfil wagering with minimal risk (arbitrage).
• Bets placed on certain low-margin games may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering — the specific rate is shown in the promotions page for each offer.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on pb999 are provided by licensed third-party studios including CQ9, Evolution, Spribe, KA Gaming, Sexy Gaming, and Ezugi. Each game has its own published RTP and rule set. pb999 does not alter game outcomes; results are determined by the providers' certified random number generators.

If a game round is interrupted by a disconnection, the round result is recorded server-side and will be settled as soon as the connection is restored. Any bets already placed before disconnection stand.

Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly forbidden on pb999:

• Registering more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches — any winnings from a known error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence live game outcomes.
• Using pb999 for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents during KYC.

Violating any of these rules gives pb999 the right to close your account, void associated bets, and report activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension and Closure

pb999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if we believe a rule violation has occurred, if we detect fraudulent activity, or if required by a legal or regulatory obligation. Where possible we will notify you by email after the action is taken.

If your account is closed for a reason unrelated to a rule violation — for example, you choose to self-exclude — any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks.

You may request voluntary self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of 30 days and cannot be reversed during the active period.

Limits on Our Liability

pb999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by network outages, payment-provider delays, or force-majeure events.

Our total liability to any player for any single incident is capped at the value of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the incident. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

Gambling involves risk. pb999 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet placed on the platform.

Privacy and Data
